Meeting old friends

Kyaw kyaw doesn't like Bangkok at all. And i must say that Sandra and i don't care for it so much either. But it was fun being there this time. Kyaw Kyaw met up again with a girl he had been a guide to in Burma just a few weeks before Sandra & i made it back in July. She had just started her travels back then but had now been Thailand, Laos and cambodia. So they had a bit to catch up on. Not only that but of course they spend hours discussing Burma. She loved it there and it remained her favorite country. So she could almost do no wrong in Kyaw Kyaw's eyes...

It was good that we had such good company because when the military did their coup we basically stayed in and around the guesthouse that day. And that's a lot of hours doing nothing except checking up on news (the internet was still working) and hanging around. It got me addicted to a bad habbit.... Although i have to say i think i've kicked the habit since.. No more sigarets for me. Having to deal with skunk-odour is bad enough with be attributing to it by smoking.
